| 1973 |
Airtech was founded on January 1, 1973 by William R. Dahlgren. The original facility of about 1000m2 manufactured sewn gold insulation linings for the NASA space shuttle bay door and distributed vacuum bagging products in the aircraft/aerospace industry worldwide. The original 12 employees included Mr. Dahlgrens father, Arthur Dahlgren who designed and built the specialised sewing and rolling equipment specifically for Space Shuttle production requirements.

Airtech moved into a 2000m² building in Torrance, California with more office and warehouse space.

| 1977 |
Airtech took a giant step and commenced manufacture of vacuum bagging materials. Airtech was no longer at the mercy of suppliers and would be able to control their own quality. This new facility was in Carson, California and was about 6000m².

| 1991 |
Airtech realizing the importance of the European market selected Luxembourg for its location in the center of Europe. Land was purchased and a 3300m² production factory was established. We have the largest high temperature film extruder in this facility along with other equipment to support our European customers in a cost effective way.

| 1996 |
Airtech purchased Tygavac in the United Kingdom (Rochdale) to support our UK customers with local service and stocks. This acquisition established Airtech as the dominate manufacturer in Europe for these products.

| 1998 |
Airtech built a new corporate headquarters in Huntington Beach, California with more manufacturing capabilities and warehousing. The building grew to 15000m² and has room for demonstrations and training in resin infusion, hand lay-up and autoclave processing of composites.

| 2000 |
Airtech Europe facility was expanded to over 6350m². The company with 6 employees got 23 employees.

| 2001 |
Airtech Europe celebrated his 10th anniversary.

2003
| Airtech Advanced Materials Group consisting
of the three companies employs about 200 people worldwide. The year
2003 marked our 30th anniversary.

2007
| Airtech Europe added an office building of 1 000 m² to the complex, reaching a total surface of 7 300 m². On July 6th, Airtech Europe inaugurates the new administration building and celebrates its 15th anniversary. Mr. Jeannot Krécké, Luxembourg Minister of Economy, cuts the ribbon in front of about 80 distributors, managers and regional politicians.

During the opening ceremony at China Composites Exposition, Airtech Advanced Materials Group announced the formation of Airtech Asia, a wholly owned subsidiary. Airtech Asia is located in Tianjin, China.

| Airtech Advanced Materials Group celebrates its milestone moment: 35 years of successful story. We honour the past, but we always launch the future.

2009

Airtech Europe continues to develop and enhance its products and services to help composite part manufacturers to reduce their production costs: the Luxembourg division of Airtech Advanced Materials Group doubles the size of its plant, which covers now 15.100 m². The 8000 sqm expansion of the existing Luxembourg facility accommodates more warehouse space and production equipment including a separate area dedicated to custom engineered products.

| 2011 | Airtech Europe celebrates 20 years of Excellence and Innovation in the composite market as well as an increasing development in Luxembourg.
